The Chamber of Advocate Pranjal Shukla (TCOPS) is an international legal chamber registered in Estonia. Founded by Advocate Pranjal Shukla, TCOPS provides legal representation and legal advisory services in taxation, corporate law, commercial law, regulatory compliance, arbitration, and constitutional litigation.

TCOPS appears before Pan Indian High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, CESTAT, NCLT, GSTAT, NCLAT and other courts, tribunals, and authorities in India. The chamber also supports cross-border legal collaboration and international legal matters through its Estonia registration and global legal network.

TCOPS works with a focus on litigation, regulatory advisory, dispute resolution, and cross-border legal services — combining Indian practice expertise with an international legal perspective.
